What are you doing to cope when you get stressed out?

The other night, I started to panic that I had a sore throat and was going to get sick and I got so worried and super scared. I ended up spending a couple of hours drawing and coloring sketches of people in masks. Drawing calmed me down, so I will keep doodling as a way to manage anxiety (I woke up feeling 100%). What are you doing to manage your freakouts, and how is your stress level over-all?
